Mari Swaruu

Mari Swaruu is, according to Cosmic Agency contactees Gosia Duszak and Robert, an alleged Taygetan Pleiadian — described as the third distinct communicator in the "Swaruu" sequence, following Swaruu of Erra (Swaruu 9) and Yazhi Swaruu (Sophia) — who has published written and video transmissions through the swaruu.org platform since 2022. She describes herself as stationed aboard the Taygetan starship Toleka in low Earth orbit and as having lived on Earth for five years as a step-down — a full extraterrestrial embodied in human form — and her essays advance a more nuanced reading of the Galactic Federation of Worlds's role on Earth than those of her predecessors.

Her transmissions — written and video essays issued from a starship she places in low Earth orbit — have been received with incredulity, with the Cosmic Agency contactees accused of fabricating the channel.[citation needed]

Identity and self-description

Mari Swaruu identifies herself as not human and as communicating from aboard the Toleka in Earth orbit, from which she can observe the Galactic Federation's local headquarters — the Andromedan biosphere ship Viera — and the broader orbital traffic above Earth. She describes her perspective as doubly informed: she holds both the surface-level view from having lived among humans as a step-down and the orbital view available to her crew.

The Galactic Federation's role on Earth

Mari Swaruu's public transmissions are primarily analytical essays addressing the Galactic Federation of Worlds's relationship to Earth. Her core position departs from both the New Age "love and light" framing of the Federation and from the view — attributed to her predecessors, especially Swaruu of Erra — that the Federation is purely a control structure using Earth as a managed colony. She frames the situation as a "super complicated multi-density, multiracial, and multicultural mess that no one seems to fully understand regardless of what level or what role or post he or she may hold within it."

Her assessments of the orbital situation include the following claims:

The Van Allen belts as an etheric barrier

Mari Swaruu teaches that the Van Allen radiation belts function simultaneously as a physical radiation environment and as an etheric containment mechanism — effective only at the vibrational frequency range she calls 3D, and non-existent for beings or craft operating at higher densities. She also notes Federation records that attribute a soul-trapping function to the belts: souls of insufficient vibrational advancement cannot cross the barrier at death and must return to Earth for another incarnation.

The Moon and the Andromedan biosphere ship

She describes the Moon as itself an old Andromedan biosphere ship, largely empty, used as a base by a small number of Federation races; and a second, arrowhead-shaped Andromedan vessel with full biosphere capacity as permanently stationed in lunar shadow, serving as the Federation's primary local headquarters and meeting venue for representatives of the most prominent races including Andromedans, Arcturians, Alfratans, Antarians, Sirians, and Ethortans.

Taygetan history

In a 2023 written transmission, Mari Swaruu presented the official Taygetan account of their species' origins, describing how the Lyrian people lived on a planet orbiting the star Vega until "aggressive invaders from the Orion constellation suddenly initiated a full-scale hostile planetary takeover" — forcing an evacuation she termed "the Great Expansion," in which small groups of starships split in several directions around the galactic quadrant for safety. After 300 years of searching and evasion, a small group arrived at a planet orbiting the star Taygeta in the Pleiades, which they named Temmer — a near-Earth-size world with over 90 percent ocean coverage, gravity of 0.8 Earth standard, and an average temperature of approximately 30 degrees Celsius.

The Federation's step-council structure

In a 2023 written transmission titled "Galactic Federation, UFoP, internal structure, Part 3," Mari Swaruu described the Federation's political structure as based on an Andromedan holistic-society model using a chain of step-councils. The lowest council governing Earth affairs meets "somewhere in Antarctica, most probably in a base underground," where extraterrestrial representatives — primarily Alfratans and Antarians — interface with human "puppet-level politicians" and members of secret societies and the Cabal. The next tier convenes aboard the Andromedan biosphere ship Viera behind the Moon, with Andromedans and Arcturians holding the most prominent chairs and meeting "every Saturday afternoon." Above this is a Solar System-level High Council located "somewhere in the rings of Saturn and in some of her moons," about which Mari Swaruu expressed suspicion, noting: "I'm quite sure something very shady is going on around Saturn. If not so, why would there be so much secrecy about this subject?"

Relationship to Swaruu of Erra

In the Cosmic Agency corpus, Mari Swaruu is described as a distinct person from Swaruu of Erra, not a continuation or reincarnation in the conventional sense, though the two share lineage. The corpus explains this through a Taygetan model of consciousness in which "Swaruu" designates a recurring identity archetype that manifests across different individuals in the same lineage. Earlier transmissions from the corpus (those attributed to Swaruu of Erra herself) maintained a more uniformly critical view of the Galactic Federation as an instrument of Earth's control; Mari Swaruu's transmissions introduce a more nuanced analysis while preserving the core critique.

Cosmic Agency separation

Gosia Duszak, the primary human intermediary for the Cosmic Agency channel, publicly distanced herself from Mari Swaruu's independent channel in a 2025 interview, stating that Mari Swaruu — whom she referred to as "the girl called Marie" — had opened her own channel "directly by them" since 2022, but that "we do believe based on the information and the intuition that we have right now that something happened with that channel that is not as positive or with the pure intentions as we, as it was in the beginning." Duszak characterized this as "inner politics, inner stuff" and advised new viewers not to be distracted by it, directing them instead to the main Cosmic Agency channel and her Space Academy Sector Earth channel.
