Interdimensional civilization

An interdimensional civilization is a society or polity of interdimensional beings — the collective and cultural organization of entities reportedly originating from, or able to move between, other densities or dimensional planes, as distinct from the extraterrestrial civilizations whose members originate from other physical planets within a shared reality. Such civilizations fall within the broader class of ultraterrestrials, whose origins are held to be "closer to home" than the distant star systems of the extraterrestrial hypothesis.

The constituent beings of an interdimensional civilization are reportedly those posited by the interdimensional hypothesis: natives of higher densities who descend into physical reality, or entities from parallel dimensional planes intersecting with it. The occupants of craft drawn from such civilizations are accordingly described as moving between planes of existence rather than merely across interstellar distance.

It is alleged, with considerable hedging across accounts, that the terrestrial human population is itself in part an interdimensionally-accessing civilization — that ordinary humans possess latent psychic and dimensional faculties, and that segments of humanity already function, knowingly or not, as participants in interdimensional contact rather than as wholly separate from it.[citation needed]
