Penny Bradley is a self-described secret space program (SSP) witness, Mars program survivor, and targeted individual who hosts the Typical Skeptic Podcast. Beginning in childhood and extending from 1964 to 1990 as an alleged off-world tour, Bradley claims involvement in CIA-linked breakaway civilization programs, the Montauk Project, and extended service with the Nacht Waffen German breakaway space fleet, including translator duties and operational exposure to Dark Fleet–Draco reptilians activity, followed by a purported 20-and-back return and later public disclosure beginning in 2016. Bradley reportedly recovered the narrative piecemeal through the partial reintegration of her alters, and she states she has compared her recollections to a CIA personnel file obtained by an outside researcher.
Background
Bradley claims to have been on Mars from 1964 to 1990, and at Montauk in the 1960s with a group from Langley. She states she has reintegrated 38 out of approximately 2,200 alters.
Early recruitment and Langley training
According to Bradley's recollections, she was selected as a child into a classified CIA program headquartered at Langley, where — she alleges — she underwent training in telepathy, remote viewing, and offensive psychic techniques. She purportedly received a genetic modification using what she describes as a CRISPR-analogous technology, allegedly splicing extraterrestrial DNA into her genome to augment psychic function. Montauk involvement (1960s)
Bradley claims that during the 1960s she was attached to a Langley-based group cycled through the Montauk Project on Long Island, where the CIA cohort reportedly operated alongside other service elements. Mars tour and Nacht Waffen service (1964–1990)
Bradley purportedly served off-world from 1964 to 1990, with Mars as her principal duty station. During this extended tour she allegedly was assigned to the Nacht Waffen, the German breakaway space fleet, where — according to her recollections — she functioned in part as a translator between English-speaking personnel and the fleet's predominantly German-speaking command and crew elements. Dark Fleet and Draco reptilians interactions
Bradley reports that her Nacht Waffen duties brought her into repeated contact with Dark Fleet units and their Draco reptilians (Draco Reptilian) partners, describing the Dark Fleet as closely integrated with Draco reptilians command structures. During her off-world service Bradley reportedly became aware of the Guardians, whom she describes as the military police of a Central Galactic Authority government that allegedly screens planetary populations and selects recruits on the basis of intelligence, talent, and ethics.
Voice-to-skull exposure (1980)

Bradley went public in 2016 after allegedly being shot three times in six weeks with directed energy weapons, stating that after the third incident she decided that if she was going to be killed she would at least make the reasons public. She reports that interviewers who have hosted her have subsequently received visits from men identifying themselves with FBI or CIA credentials who asked about her. She further alleges that the targeting extends into astral and magical domains, with mages allegedly deployed against SSP witnesses as a complement to directed-energy and cyber harassment.
