Programmed life form

A programmed life form (PLF) is an alleged bioengineered humanoid entity — biological in physical structure but containing engineered electronics — manufactured under classified U.S. aerospace programs and deployed to resemble a Grey or other non-human entity in covert operations. PLFs are distinguished within the man-made-decoy class from robotic alien decoys (mechanical constructions with biological-looking exteriors) and from costumed humans (short-statured personnel in prosthetics). The three categories are reportedly used together — sometimes interchangeably, sometimes in combination — in staged abduction operations and in false-flag contact scenarios. The term is associated principally with Steven Greer's UAP disclosure writing and lectures, and recurs in independent corroborating testimony from Emery Smith, Richard Dolan, Michael Salla, and other disclosure researchers.

Description

PLFs are characterized as "nano bio machines" with integrated circuits in their cerebral cortex — externally designed to resemble the Grey alien morphology familiar from popular ufology depictions, internally combining biological tissue with engineered electronics that supply behavior, motor control, and apparent sentience. They are reportedly produced in classified facilities operated by aerospace contractors — among them, allegedly, Lockheed Martin's classified divisions — concentrated in the southern United States. The program has reportedly been operational for "decades," with personnel inside compartmentalized special access programs kept unaware that their apparent extraterrestrial colleagues are man-made.

Use as portal probes

Emery Smith has described PLF-type biologicals being used in a separate operational role, as probes sent through portals in the secret space program to test transit safety before human personnel pass through: "some of these are programmed life forms. Some of these are mechanical drones with cameras on them. And they go through these and they come back and we have actual recordings of everything." Smith's portal-probe description establishes biological constructions of this type as a routinely available class of equipment within classified programs.

Scope of the class

PLFs are reportedly "human-created black budget creations" — biological in form but neither extraterrestrial in origin nor extraterrestrial in identity. The class is bounded: not every entity in a hostile abduction encounter is a PLF, and certain Grey and Reptilian groups operating outside any human program are reported to conduct genuine abductions independently of the PLF infrastructure — placing the upper limit of PLF involvement well short of the totality of the abduction record.
