The Nordic Extraterrestrial Assimilation Program is an unofficial designation for a reported covert United States Army operation in which Nordic extraterrestrials undergo biological transformation at a classified military facility to appear fully human, enabling them to integrate into civilian society and conduct information-sharing missions among the general population. The program was reported by JP, a US Army soldier, to Dr. Michael Salla on January 15, 2024, following a mission on January 12 in which JP and fellow soldier Dan escorted four Nordic beings from two separate craft to a transformation facility on a Florida base and then to a civilian airport. Salla noted that similar assistance to assimilating Nordics has been documented in civilian contact cases from the 1950s onward. The program is reported as distinct from the Nordic flying saucer pilot training program and the sanctioned-ET-resident framework, though the three are said to overlap operationally.

January 2024 escort operation

On January 12, 2024, JP and three other soldiers, including Dan — an Air Force soldier previously involved in the hospital sleep study incident — were assembled and driven by van to an open field at a Florida base. A US Army Black Hawk helicopter landed and two pale, fair-haired Nordic beings in distinctive tight-fitting uniforms disembarked and boarded the van, speaking colloquial American-accented English. These two identified themselves as arriving from the Atlantic Space Arc. The Black Hawk appeared to be operating without a pilot.

Shortly afterward a second craft — a thin, oval-rectangular ship that had been hovering above the helicopter — descended and hovered approximately three feet above the ground without touching it. Its top panel opened and two additional Nordic beings in slightly different uniforms exited, speaking what JP described as an archaic language resembling ancient Greek. The ship departed at high speed — estimated by JP and Dan at over 3,000 mph — leaving a visible indentation in the cloud layer. The Nordic already in the van identified this second pair as coming from the Moon. All four beings appeared joyful at meeting one another, as though reuniting with colleagues or family members.

The van transported all four to a facility on a nearby base — the same installation JP had previously shown Salla during a personal visit. The Nordics entered with long hair and pale Nordic features. Approximately forty minutes later they emerged with short hair, tanned complexions, wearing civilian clothes — jeans, boots, and khakis — and carrying passports and airline tickets, appearing entirely indistinguishable from ordinary human civilians. JP touched one Nordic's skin to confirm the transformation was physical, not cosmetic.

One of the four had adopted an East Asian appearance and held a ticket to Japan; the others were destined for undisclosed locations. JP described them as relaxed and openly discussing their mission to share information — described broadly as covering a range of topics — with contacts in the civilian or scientific world. The four were dropped at the airport and departed without incident. JP speculated that similarly transformed Nordics may be operating widely in human society — in government, law, medicine, and other fields.

Transformation technology

The Nordics described the transformation process as involving a transparent capsule in which the subject reclines while the device performs automatic biological changes — altering skin tone, hair length, and facial features to the desired human profile. The resulting appearance was sufficient for JP and Dan — both experienced participants in Nordic contact missions — to fail to immediately recognize individuals they had met less than an hour earlier.

Nordic uniforms before transformation are described as tight-fitting, light-blue in base color, with raised shoulder structures indicating rank, shoes integrated into the overall garment, and a surface that shifts through rainbow-like colors when light strikes at different angles — an effect JP attributed to radiation-protective properties or an interaction with Earth's atmosphere.

Salla noted during the interview that this program appears to continue a pattern documented in 1950s contact cases. Howard Menger described helping Nordic-appearance beings assimilate into American civilian life by providing haircuts, clothing, and identity documentation. In a separate interview, Salla described a broader pattern in which human-looking extraterrestrial groups had infiltrated human society and were assisting with scientific advances — including Nordic-type beings embedded in major US defense corporations such as the Douglas Aircraft Company in the 1950s and 1960s, helping engineers develop large craft for deep-space operations as part of an ongoing alliance between human-looking species and the US Navy. JP noted the casualness with which the Nordics underwent and discussed the transformation suggests it is a routine, long-established procedure.
