Starseed

A starseed is a human being whose soul is said to originate from another star system, planet, or dimension, and who has voluntarily incarnated on Earth to assist humanity's spiritual development and transition to a higher consciousness. The concept is central to the contactee tradition and is widely reported by individuals claiming secret space program service, where SSP personnel have allegedly been selected partly because their galactic soul origin grants them compatibility with certain craft and missions.

Soul origin and mission

Starseeds are described as souls who volunteered before birth to incarnate in human form, accepting memory loss of their galactic origin as a condition of physical incarnation. The purpose of the mission typically involves raising the vibrational frequency of Earth, anchoring light codes at specific geographical points, or assisting in the planetary transition associated with Ascension. Michael Salla explains the mechanism: a starseed's soul "already knows about the ship and the consciousness of the ship" — which is why contactees from specific ET groups can board those craft without adverse effects.

SSP selection and super-starseeds

Jean Charles Moyen, a French secret space program witness, reported being identified as a starseed of the Galactic Confederation by a being named Victor, who told him he was "on a special mission to Earth" accepted before incarnation. During his SSP training, Moyen was additionally designated a "super starseed" — a classification indicating exceptional capacity: a status that Salla links to an agreement between the Galactic Confederation and French defense authorities to identify and utilize such individuals.

David Rousseau, another French SSP witness and collaborator with Moyen, was independently identified as a starseed from the same confederation — a detail that Salla argues corroborates both men's accounts, since they recognized each other despite mind-wiping technology applied upon return.

Starseed origin groups

Commonly cited starseed origin points include the Pleiades, Sirius, Lyra, Andromeda, Arcturus, and various star systems within the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Each origin group is said to contribute different qualities: Pleiadian starseeds are associated with healing and sensitivity; Arcturians with technology and logic; Sirians with ancient knowledge and sacred geometry. The Pleiadian Taygetan collective has directly addressed the starseed concept, describing an immersion programme for starseeds incarnated on Earth who carry Pleiadian genetic and soul memory.

The Envoy program

Michael Salla describes a galaxy-wide "Envoy program" in which millions of starseeds from many star systems voluntarily chose incarnation on Earth as part of a coordinated initiative to assist the planet's liberation from Draconian Reptilian and Orion Grey control systems. The program is described as distinct from individual starseed incarnations: it was an organized, galaxy-scale deployment motivated specifically by concern over mass suffering on Earth.

Pleiadian contact Eka, transmitting through contactee Andrea Martin, stated that mass physical contact between star families and their awakened starseed counterparts was projected to begin in June 2025, proceeding first to the most awakened envoys before expanding to those still in the process of remembering their origins.

Pre-incarnation soul agreements

Chris O'Connor describes his soul as extraterrestrial in origin, having incarnated through Andromedan, Arcturian, and Ra Collective lineages. He states this heritage gave him DNA traces that could interface with non-human technologies and the telepathic capability required for diplomatic work in the United Nations Secret Space Program. O'Connor claims to have made a pre-incarnation soul agreement for his soul group to work with what later became the SSP, viewing his public testimony as part of a broader starseed disclosure mission involving "millions and millions" of incarnated starseeds assisting humanity's ascension.

Past-life continuity and soul recognition

Jean Charles Moyen's accounts of his SSP experiences include evidence of past-life starseed continuity: under the name Uyou — a Japanese term meaning "star, like a starseed" — Moyen describes a twelfth-century incarnation in Japan during which he served alongside space arks and the being Luca, whose soul he later recognized across centuries of separate incarnations. According to Moyen, the space arks themselves retain memory of the souls who have served with them across lifetimes, independently recognizing starseed individuals upon re-contact regardless of the specific body they currently inhabit.

Salla links this phenomenon to the broader starseed model: the soul retains its galactic origin and mission across incarnations, preserving abilities — including teleportation, telepathy, and telekinesis — that manifest in each body as unexplained natural capacities. The space arks' recognition of starseed souls constitutes, in Salla's framing, independent corroboration of the pre-incarnation soul continuity that defines the starseed identity.
