Phenotypes of non-human intelligent beings
The phenotypes of non-human intelligent beings constitute a broad taxonomy of physical forms encountered in extraterrestrial contact accounts, ranging from humanoid to insectoid, reptiloid, avian, aquatic, and plasma-state beings.
Phenotype overview
| Species | Phenotype | Key features | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ahel (Erran Pleiadians) | Bipedal humanoid | Fair skin, blond hair, blue eyes; similar height to Terrans. | [2][3] |
| Taal | Bipedal humanoid | Variable pigmentation; can have brown hair; "really look like humans" — visually indistinguishable from Terrans. | [4] |
| Noor | Bipedal humanoid | Up to 8 ft tall; blue, green, or clear grey eyes; blond to reddish hair; fair, sensitive skin; strong musculature. | [5] |
| Selosii (Alpha Centauri B) | Bipedal humanoid | Tall; white skin, white hair; eyes blue, green, or grey. | [6] |
| Zenae (Andromeda) | Bipedal humanoid | Blue skin in males; fairer or golden skin in females; golden hair possible in females. | [7][8] |
| Etherians (Cygnus) | Bipedal humanoid ("Tall White") | Tall, pale-skinned; label "Tall Whites" encompasses multiple distinct races, both benevolent and regressive. | [9] |
| Eldaru (Procyon) | Bipedal humanoid (Noor) | Tall, blond, fair skin, cobalt to clear blue eyes, strong musculature. | [10] |
| Zelaan (Titawin / Andromeda) | Feline humanoid | 7 ft tall; blue skin, crystal eyes, lion-esque features; liquid gold tattoos; deep majestic voice. | [11] |
| Draco reptilians | Reptiloid | Massive, heavily built, scales or plated hide; upper caste with functional wings; height varies by caste (4–25 ft). | [12] |
| Giansar (Sigma Draconis) | Reptiloid | 4–5 ft; elongated face, tail, yellowish to green lizard skin; wear dark hooded cloaks on Earth. | [13] |
| Tanzany (Pi Persei) | Grey reptiloid | ~5 ft; grey reptiloid. | [14] |
| Mantis beings (Akara) | Insectoid | Up to 9 ft; V-shaped head, huge black faceted compound eyes; green, white, or black varieties. | [15] |
| Negumak (Antares) | Insectoid | Large; genetics unlike any other known species; terrible warriors. | [16] |
| Solipsi Rai (Cygnus) | Small Grey | Classic oversized oval cranium and large dark eyes; civilisation ~2 billion years old. | [17] |
| Maytrei (Andromeda Galaxy) | Tall Grey | Human-height; hermaphroditic; long face, elongated skull, long slim neck. | [18] |
| Eben (Zeta Reticuli) | Grey-adjacent | ~1.3 m; thick skin adapted to carbon-saturated atmosphere; large oval eyes green or blue; four-fingered hands; light brown or pale blue skin. | [19] |
| Nommo (Sirius B) | Aquatic / amphibian | Amphibian beings; also androgynous; oceanic homeworld. | [20] |
| Killimat-Arr (Gamma Crux) | Aquatic / amphibian | Blue, translucent, amphibian humanoids; GFW member. | [21] |
| D'Akoori (9th-density Pleiadians) | Plasma / energetic | Translucent ethereal envelopes; "Pleiadians of light." | [22] |
| Arcturians (Ohorai) | Plasma / energetic | Exist primarily in etheric state; can manifest into 3rd-density physical form at will. | [23] |
Hybrid phenotype spectrum
David Jacobs, based on accounts from hundreds of hypnotherapy subjects, describes a graduated phenotype continuum produced by the Grey alleged hybridization program, ranging from fully alien to fully human-appearing:
- Early-stage hybrids: Alien-looking beings with a small amount of white visible in the eyes, tiny mouths and noses, pointed chins, and very large dark eyes with thin hair — recognizably non-human.
- Mid-stage hybrids: Beings that appear approximately halfway between human and alien.
- Late-stage hybrids: Beings that "look quite human only with enough differences to make them odd a little bit."
- Hubrids: Fully human-appearing beings, averaging approximately 5 ft 9 in in height, typically presenting as 17–24 years of age, with only a "barely noticeable difference" in their neurological functioning compared to biological humans.
Jacobs further describes a distinct insectoid tier above the Greys in the organizational hierarchy of the abduction program — beings resembling praying mantises who "call the shots" and are described as "the brains behind the outfit."
