Alleged hidden interdimensional time-travel power structure manipulating Earth's history

The Chronogarchy (from chrono-, time, + -garchy, rule, by analogy with oligarchy) is a term coined by exopolitics researcher Alfred Lambremont Webre for an alleged hidden, interdimensional power structure — a "secret government" — that uses quantum-access time-travel technology to monitor and manipulate human events, human history, and the afterlife or "interlife," treating Earth's timeline as its domain of control. Webre — who coined the term "exopolitics" and the "Omniverse" framework — alleges in Time Screen (2023) a decades-long Chronogarchy operation to socially engineer and "Balkanize" the United States.

The concept sits within the metatheoretical view — shared with Greer and others — that time-traveling operators are a sub-case of interdimensional phenomena, and that any time-faring civilization must exert tight control over the timeline to ensure its own survival.
