Extraterrestrial humans are biologically Homo sapiens populations that supposedly originate from or reside on worlds other than Earth, including Earth-origin human populations living off-world (breakaway civilizations) and indigenous human races that evolved independently on other celestial bodies, as well as secret space program personnel stationed on other worlds or space installations. Extraterrestrial humans remain genetically and physiologically human despite their non-terrestrial location or origin — understood by their witnesses as biologically continuous with Earth humanity, whether through direct Earth origin or through documented interbreeding with surface populations — distinguishing them from non-biologically-human human-looking NHI (also called human aliens), species that merely resemble humans. Testimony from contactees and alleged secret space program participants describes extensive extraterrestrial human civilizations and cohorts.

Earth-origin extraterrestrial humans

Several categories of Earth-origin humans allegedly reside off-world:

Breakaway civilizations — Human groups that purportedly separated from surface Earth civilization and established independent colonies on other worlds. These include alleged German Antarctic breakaway groups, 20 and Back program veterans who remained off-world after their service terms, and civilian populations relocated through various secret space program initiatives.

Secret space program personnel — Military and civilian personnel allegedly stationed at off-world installations, lunar and Mars bases, and aboard spacecraft for extended periods. Testimonies describe permanent human populations at facilities throughout the solar system.

Time-displaced humans — Entities described as humans from Earth's future who have traveled back in time, such as the alleged P-52 Orions and certain factions within the Anshar.

Breakaway colonies

The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC), a corporate entity operating off Earth, is alleged to maintain colonies on Mars populated by millions of Earth-origin humans, most held as slave labor. Tony Rodrigues, who claims to have served a 20-and-back tour beginning in the 1980s, describes being processed through Antarctica into a German-operated colony on Ceres, where a command crew born on Ceres ran operations over enslaved Earth-origin workers. Rodrigues also states that Mars is inhabited by human colonies alongside indigenous Martian species, with millions of people currently living there under the Mars Colony Corporation.

Mark Domizio, who claims 38 years of service in Mars colonies, describes a 2018 explosion at an ICC facility that killed approximately 250,000 humans, most of whom were enslaved workers in ICC factories. The economic rationale for this system, according to Rodrigues, is that slave labor makes space colony construction affordable: tens of thousands of abductees placed into 20-year tours constitute a vast unpaid workforce whose memories are erased on return.

Randy Cramer, who claims 17 years of service with the Mars Defense Force, reports that Mars hosts multiple indigenous species — reptoids, insects, and at least one indigenous humanoid species — alongside a human colonial military presence.

Laura Eisenhower recruitment incident

Laura Eisenhower, great-granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, claims she was targeted in 2006 for recruitment into a covert Mars colonization operation connected to Alternative 3 — a program she traces to the Eisenhower administration, originally framed as protecting the human genome in the event of catastrophe. A partner was sent specifically to a social gathering where she was present, using quantum access technologies and psychic weaponry to manipulate her; she states she had been pre-targeted before birth. Eisenhower refused the recruitment, identifying the agenda as linked to CIA-adjacent groups and MJ-12.

Indigenous extraterrestrial humans

Multiple testimonies describe human populations that evolved independently on other worlds, representing separate branches of human evolution or the result of ancient genetic seeding programs:

Alpha Centauri humans — According to Cosmic Agency material and Swaruu communications, Alpha Centauri hosts indigenous human populations that are biologically Homo sapiens but evolved independently from Earth humans. These are described as one of several human species throughout the galaxy.

Lyran humans — Described in multiple contactee accounts as the original human species from which both Earth and other human populations derive, allegedly originating in the Lyra constellation region.

Pleiadian human variants — While most Pleiadians are classified as human-looking extraterrestrials due to physiological differences, some subgroups are described as genetically compatible with Earth humans, suggesting common ancestry or genetic seeding.

Inner Earth civilizations

Several human or human-derived populations are described as living within Inner Earth rather than off-world. Residence underground does not by itself make a population extraterrestrial; the relevant criterion is off-world or non-contemporary origin. Some of these groups descended from ancient surface Earth humans and remained terrestrial in origin (such as the Agarthan breakaway), while others trace to off-world colonies (the Telosii, from Alpha Centauri) or to humanity's own future (the Anshar).

Agarthans

The Agarthan Network is described as an ancient human breakaway civilization that retreated underground beneath the Himalayas and surrounding regions following a cataclysm tens of thousands of years ago. Corey Goode identifies them as Nordic-looking humans who presented themselves to surface populations first as gods, then as extraterrestrials, as surface civilization became sophisticated enough to understand technology. The Agarthans call their organization the Agartha Network, operate a fleet called the Silver Fleet, and maintain a network of underground cities connected beneath the Himalayas and further afield. German secret societies made contact with this group in the 1930s, according to Goode, and the Agarthans directed the Germans toward technologies and territories that became part of what witnesses later called the Dark Fleet.

Telosii

The Telosii — also called Agharians, Aghartans, or the Shining Ones — are described by Elena Danaan as a colony originally from Alpha Centauri B (planet Selo) that settled on Earth before the last Ice Age. After destruction of their Atlantean-era civilization, they migrated underground, becoming the western branch of the Agarthan network. Danaan states that the Telosii have interbred with Earth humans and their gene markers show up regularly within Earth's population. Their population is estimated at approximately 1.5 million, distributed across underground cities below the Gobi desert, Tibet, and the American continent — including a city named Telos beneath Mount Shasta.

A faction of the Telosii entered into a covert alliance with the U.S. military — the Washington-Telos Alliance — which subsequently became entangled with Zetan Grey and Draco reptilians interests, resulting in loss of control over much of the underground network.

Anshar

The Anshar are identified by Corey Goode as a fourth-density version of humanity — a future human civilization that sent a small group back approximately 17 million years to steward the current timeline. Over millions of years this group grew into a thriving underground civilization of multiple cities. Goode claims to have met the Anshar liaison Kaaree and to have been brought to their underground city, where their technology is powered by collective consciousness. Unlike the Telosii, whose human origin is traced to an external Alpha Centauri colony, the Anshar are framed as intrinsically Earth-human — humanity itself from a future temporal position.

Nordic Inner Earth humans

U.S. Army soldier JP, reporting through Michael Salla, describes multiple missions to underground Nordic civilizations accessed via concealed doors in forests of Florida and other locations. These groups — described as tall, blonde, blue-eyed beings speaking calm English — maintain large underground cities adjacent to space arks and operate fleets of spacecraft. JP reports that these inner Earth beings possess books describing how they got there — including descent from an ancient surface civilization and the role of the Ant people in helping them establish underground life — and that they protect multiple species of humans living underground.

Distinction from human-looking extraterrestrials

Extraterrestrial humans differ fundamentally from human-looking extraterrestrials in biological classification:

• Extraterrestrial humans — Genetically Homo sapiens, reproductively compatible with Earth humans, sharing fundamental human physiology
• Human-looking extraterrestrials — Separate species that superficially resemble humans but may differ in organ count, bone density, reproductive compatibility, or other physiological characteristics

Examples of human-looking extraterrestrials that are not extraterrestrial humans include most Nordics, Tall Whites, and Ahel — beings that appear human but represent distinct evolutionary lineages.
