Semjase
Semjase is a female Pleiadian non-human intelligent being — described as fair-skinned, blue-eyed, with long blonde hair, looking "very, very human just like you or me" — and the daughter of Pleiadian commander Ptaah. She belongs to the Ahel (Errahean) sub-species from Erra in the Taygeta system, per Elena Danaan.
Contact with Billy Meier
Semjase initiated physical contact with Swiss contactee Billy Meier on 28 January 1975. According to Meier, the contact began with a cooling sensation across his forehead and a telepathic impulse instructing him to ride his moped into the forest, where he followed instructions until a craft appeared and hovered before settling to the ground. Semjase walked out from behind the craft, introduced herself as Pleiadian, and stated she had information for him; from that initial meeting a years-long series of dialogues began.
The resulting contact notes — multi-volume records of their conversations — form the documentary core of the Meier case, with Meier reportedly returning from each contact and channelling the content telepathically while writing.
Galactic authority
Semjase told Meier that her Pleiadian group had received formal permission from the Andromedan Council to visit Earth — a requirement that applies to all civilizations entering Earth's proximity, of which approximately 105 were reportedly doing so in 1975.
Other contactees
Fred Bell claimed to have met Semjase independently in face-to-face physical contacts and credited her with influencing his development of healing and medical devices. Rob Potter reported being physically beamed aboard a mothership alongside Fred Bell and meeting Semjase there in 1989.
Some researchers have identified Semjase with Maria Orsic, suggesting Orsic may have been a Pleiadian operative who incarnated on Earth to guide Nazi occult science — an idea raised by Corey Goode and discussed by Potter, though Potter notes this connection is unconfirmed. Michael Salla also raised the Semjase–Orsic identification during a 2022 interview with Potter, noting that Jean-Charles Moyen and David Rousseau had claimed to encounter Maria Orsic aboard a Galactic Federation of Worlds mothership and that she was a Pleiadian who had made initial contact with the Germans — to which Potter noted the physical resemblance but reserved judgment, observing that beings of this type can alter their appearance over time.
John de Souza, a former FBI agent and author, described Semjase as "a beautiful female that Billy Meier met" whose contact produced genuine predictive information: "he predicted kind of events very similar to what's happening now" — including civil unrest in France and a possible civil war in the United States — while distinguishing the earlier, authentic Meier contacts from later material he assessed as less reliable.
